Exhibitors and Sponsorship

Any individual or organization interested in supporting or promoting aviation psychology are invited to sponsor an event or an activity at the International Symposium on Aviation Psychology— a meeting of researchers and practitioners from around the world. Attendees of the Symposium come from industry, government agencies, research laboratories, and universities. Please visit http://isap.wright.edu for more information.

There are many reasons for becoming a sponsor of the Symposium. You simply may wish to support advances in aviation psychology. Or you may wish to promote your products or services that are related to the progress of aviation psychology. There are several levels and many opportunities for sponsorships, as described below.

Sponsorship Levels

All sponsors will be acknowledged with their logos included at the ISAP Web site. All sponsors at the Bronze level and up will receive at least one complimentary registration for the Symposium. The complimentary registration covers the Opening Reception, all Technical Sessions from Tuesday through Thursday, the Banquet, the Thursday Lunch. and a copy of the CD Proceedings. All sponsors at the Bronze level and up also have the opportunity to insert a brochure, flyer, or catalog in the packages provided to all attendees. Although all sponsors will have exhibit space, one needs not be an exhibitor to be a sponsor. In addition, educational materials (e.g., brochures about graduate or flight training programs) may be displayed free of charge at a common area. All sponsors/exhibitors must complete and submit the Sponsor-Exhibitor Form.

Bronze Level ($1,000)

  • Choice of sponsoring the Best Student Paper Award or General Program Support
  • The sponsor is invited to display materials (e.g., flyers, brochures) on a shared or individual tabletop (6’ x 30” -or- 183 cm x 76 cm)
  • The sponsor receives one complimentary registration

Silver Level ($2,500)

  • Choice of sponsoring Coffee Breaks or Email Stations
  • Acknowledgement with signs bearing the sponsor’s name and logo at the sponsored event
  • The sponsor is entitled to a single (6’ x 30” or 183 cm x 76 cm) or double tabletop for displays
  • The sponsor receives two complimentary registrations

Gold Level ($5,000)

  • Choice of sponsoring a Plenary Session, a Poster Session, or the Thursday Lunch
  • The sponsor is invited to place a half-page advertisement (7.5 x 4.5 in or 19.09 x 11.43 cm) in the Symposium Program Booklet
  • Acknowledgement with signs bearing the sponsor’s name and logo at the sponsored event
  • The sponsor is entitled to an 8’ x 8’ (2.44 m x 2.44 m) area for exhibits
  • The sponsor receives three complimentary registrations

Titanium Level ($7,000)

  • Choice of sponsoring the Opening Reception, Keynote Address, or Production of the Symposium Proceedings
  • The sponsor is invited to place a full-page advertisement (7.5 x 9.25 in or 19.05 x 23.50 cm) in the Symposium Program Booklet
  • The Sponsor will be acknowledged from the podium at the Opening Reception, Keynote Address, or Thursday Lunch (for the support of the Proceedings Production).
  • Acknowledgement with signs bearing the sponsor’s name and logo at the Opening Reception, at the Keynote address, or on the Proceedings CD
  • The sponsor is entitled to an 8’ x 16’ (2.44 m x 4.88 m) area for exhibits
  • The sponsor receives four complimentary registrations

Setup:              Monday, May 4 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
                         Tuesday. May 5 8:00 a.m. - 9:30 a.m.
Exhibit open:    Tuesday, May 5 9:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
                         Wednesday, May 6 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
                         Thursday, May 7 8:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
Dismantling:     Thursday, May 7 until 3:00 p.m.

All sponsors should complete the Sponsor/Exhibitor Form.

Sponsor logo and link will be posted on the ISAP website as soon as the Sponsor/Exhibitor Form is accepted by the ISAP organizers.
